Born and raised in the White Rock/South Surrey area (on Coast Salish territory), Ty Kuhn has a deep connection to the community spanning generations, beginning when his great grandfather first settled into the Hazelmere Valley in the early 1900’s. Along with his expertise in pricing, marketing and negotiations, Ty’s decade of experience working in trades and as a trades educator enables him to deliver crucial insights to his clients.
