Financial Management
Hugh & McKinnon will manage all of your budgeting needs as well as collect strata fees, special levies, penalties, parking, storage, laundry and miscellaneous charges. We will prepare accurate financial statements, monthly operating statements, annual operating budgets and contingency reserve fund budgets.
Site Inspections & Maintenance
We take responsibility for the maintenance and repairs of the property on an established schedule, with a 24-hour maintenance emergency telephone number, for use by all residents. Our experience with a wide variety of building types allows us to quickly deal with any eventuality.
Council Meetings
Our managers attend all Strata Council meetings and provide guidance on property issues, offer advice and recommendations on the affairs of the property, assist in interpreting the Strata Property Act and Bylaws, and prepare and distribute meeting minutes.
Administrative Services
We issue applicable documents and forms requested by owners, realtors, and lawyers for property sales, re-mortgaging, and title transfers of your property. We also co-ordinate the production of documents and notices required under the Strata Property Act.
