Jeremy Cutler is an Associate Broker at Hugh & McKinnon Realty Ltd. and the Acquisitions Manager for Origin Properties Ltd., a Vancouver based real estate development company. Jeremy’s focus is the procurement of multi-family redevelopment sites in Vancouver, BC and is responsible for sourcing and identifying potential acquisition targets and investment opportunities, undertaking market analysis for acquisitions, project due diligence and feasibility analysis. His position has since grown to include a full range of development management and coordination responsibilities. This includes managing the approvals and entitlement processes with their consultant teams, solicitors and municipal counterparts, preparing and maintaining project proformas and cashflows, creating and maintaining residential pre-sale pricing models, and assisting in funding land and project debt/equity activities. Prior to joining Hugh & McKinnon and Origin Properties, Jeremy worked as a senior consultant with a Vancouver based commercial real estate consulting firm and specialized in mixed-use, office and residential redevelopment sites, income holding-properties and complex expropriation assignments located throughout British Columbia. Jeremy is a graduate from UBC’s Sauder School of Business, with a Certificate in Project Management, Diploma in Urban Land Economics, and Bachelor of Business in Real Estate. Jeremy also holds the AACI Professional Real Estate Appraiser designation and a Real Estate Brokers License.
